Turn Around Time

Each item you order is handmade with love as it's received. My production time is 2 weeks. So please order accordingly. Please have in mind that USPS is having delays delivering mail specially during the holidays. A shipping confirmation e-mail will be sent once your order has been shipped. All orders will be shipped via USPS. You may track your order via usps.com. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. 

 All sales are final.

Returns and Exchanges

Because we work very hard and put so much effort, love and care to each handmade garment, at this time I do NOT accept returns/exchanges. So please ask prior to making your purchase. If there is any error in my part or send the wrong item please contact me via email and i will be happy to fix it.

Item availability

Although i make every effort to keep sufficient stock of items listed on our site, occasionally we do sell out of certain products. If we are out of stock on an item that you've ordered, i will notify you via e-mail. Any changes will be reflected in your order total as well as your shipping confirmation.

Restock

Majority of the items are exclusive, therefore, sold out items are not guaranteed to be re-stocked. All restocks if any will be announced on my social media platforms.
